These terms govern your use of the ContractorRev website and services. By using the site, requesting a scorecard, booking a call, or engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

ContractorRev provides AI search visibility (AEO) and search engine optimization services for plumbing and HVAC businesses. The scope, term, and fees for any engagement are set out in the proposal or agreement we sign with you; those documents control if they conflict with these terms.

No guarantee of rankings

Search engines and AI answer engines control their own results and change their systems without notice. We work to industry best practices and report honestly on progress, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, citation placements, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue. Timelines and results described on this site are examples, not promises.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and the access we need to do the work, and you confirm that any content, images, reviews, or credentials you give us are accurate and yours to use.

Fees and payment

Fees are set by service area and market competitiveness and are stated in your agreement. Invoices are due as stated there. There is no onboarding fee. Either party may end an engagement as described in the agreement.

Text messaging program

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive conversational, appointment, and service messages from ContractorRev at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual property

The site, our brand, and our methods remain ours. Deliverables created for you become yours once paid for in full, excluding our underlying templates, tools, and processes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
